Working Principle
Mixed air-oil gas discharged from screw rotor flows radially from outside to inside through the separator glass fiber media. Submicron oil mist particles collide, aggregate and condense into large liquid oil droplets on fiber surface. Gravity pulls oil down to the separator bottom, then flows back to compressor oil tank through central oil return tube; low-oil dry compressed air flows out to post-processing precision filter pipeline.
